Jules Bianchi death the world reacts


Jules Bianchi has died of his head injuries following a crash at last years Japanese Grand Prix his family confirmed. Bianich crashed into a recovery truck in pouring rain during the race at  Suzuka last October.

Over the hours since his death many people have taken to social media including drivers, teams, fans and French government.

Bianchi`s teammate Max Chilton tweeted: “No words can describe what his family and the sport have lost. All I can say it was a pleasure knowing & racing you.”

Nico Rosberg “extremely sad to hear that jules bianchi passed away. thinking about jules and his family. #RIPJules”

Sauber driver Marcus Ericsson tweeted “Tragic news today. So unfair. One of the best guys on and off track. Rest in peace my friend. #RIPJules”

Force India test driver Nick Yelloly “Such sad news. It was a privilege to know and race against you mate. Sleep tight. #RIPJules”

French President Francois Hollande “French motorsport has lost one of its greatest hopes. My thoughts are with his parents, his family and his friends.”

French driver Romain Grosjean wrote: “Yesterday we lost one of the best guys and best drivers I`ve ever met. I`ll miss you so much my friend.”

Four times world champion Alain Prost “We will always remember Jules. Fond thoughts for his family and fiends,”

The nephew of Ayrton Senna, Bruno said “My strong thoughts go to Jules Bianchi`s family. Hope the lessons we learned will stop more tragedies like these from happening. RIP”

Red Bull driver Daniel Ricciardo said: ” I`ll never forget you and the good times we had. Going to miss you bro.”

Jean Alasie told French TV “We don’t want to accept this news He fought until the end. We believed in him. We thought a miracle could happen. He was an engaging person, respectful on and off track. He was loved very much. He embodied joie de vivre. It was a shock for everyone.”
